Sharks International Rugby League Football
Sharks football club have consistently rated as one of the top Rugby League Football Clubs in the world, and provide Shire residents and ARL supporters with superior league viewing every season. Tynan Motors are an active supporter of our local club and have previously employed and individually sponsored Shark team players and veterans.

The Cancer Council/Como Jannali Rotary Club "Walk For Life"
Tynan Motor Group was very pleased to be able to lend support to this extremely worthy cause. The Sutherland Shire Relay for Life was held at Sylvania Athletics track and is aimed at celebrating people and families who have survived cancer, remembering those lost to this terrible disease as well as raising money for further research. Teams of 10-15 people took it in turns to walk around the track over a 24-hour period spurred on by their many supporters. Entries in the walk together with associated fund raising activities all contributed toward the $55,000 raised by this event, which will be used for cancer research.

The Royal Blind Society
Tynan Mercedes supports the Royal Blind Society's Art Union campaigns to help their valuable service raise the $15million required to run their comprehensive programs and essential services for the vision impaired community. The RBS is the key vision impaired organization in NSW and the ACT, and assists kids, adults and elderly to live a normal and fulfilled life. Tynan Motors supports the RBS with each quarterly run Art Union, and helps a valuable community resource to function successfully.

The association commenced in 1960 as the Sutherland Shire Girls Basketball Association, and have since upgraded their facilities and playing courts to world class standard, and they proudly lay claim to approximately 6,500 members. The Cronulla Ocean Festival is a competitive program open to the public. Run over a weekend the festival is held at North Cronulla Beach and surrounding areas and has something for the whole family. With the involvement and support of local high schools, businesses and identities the festival provided an opportunity for the entire community to join in this fun and exciting event. Tynan Chrysler Jeep was proud sponsors of this year's premier event "The Cronulla Gold Eliminator". Aimed at finding the ultimate athlete - speed, strength, agility and determination were all required across four elimination rounds with four elite competitors fighting it out in the final
