Tynan Motors Fleet Department is a professional team that offers expert and specialised advice and service to National and General Fleet Clients. The Group Fleet Manager, Natasha Phillips, oversees Tynan Motors fleet sites and heads a specialised and enthusiastic team of fleet experts. This highly skilled team and their proficient service has been recognised within the automotive industry, winning several awards and obtaining Number One Dealer status on numerous occasions. A dedicated Account Manager is allocated to all of our fleet clients. The Account Managers role is to service the client and ensure that pricing, vehicle available and any general product enquiries are attended to without delay.
At Tynan Motors we aim to deliver the highest level of customer service possible. Our trained staff will assist you in getting exactly what you want, at a price that makes you comfortable. Pricing can be made available to you on email or on-site, the choice is yours! Pricing requests are completed by our qualified fleet staff members and we aim to provide our clients with an accurate quotation within one hour from the initial request.
Tynan Motors have evaluation vehicles available for their fleet clients. These vehicles will be delivered to your organisation by our qualified sales staff who will demonstrate and familiarise the driver with the vehicle. This facility has proven very popular with our existing client base as it assists the driver in making their final decision prior to purchase. Evaluation vehicles can be made available for extended periods when you are re-evaluating your fleet make-up.
Tynan Motors has a number of qualified valuers to provide your organisation and staff members with trade in valuations. Valuations can be carried out either at your office or at the drivers home. If any member of your organisation is interested in trading in a vehicle and replacing it, or if they simply want to dispose of their vehicle, our valuers will be more than happy to carry out a valuation and assist in achieving a purchase price for the vehicle that you are happy with.
All vehicles are delivered direct to the client by our professional staff. During delivery of the vehicle our qualified staff will demonstrate the vehicles features to the driver and explain both the warranty and service requirements. Upon request, delivery is also available to Canberra, ACT.Tynan Motors delivery service is backed up by a highly developed follow up system. The driver will be contacted the day following delivery of the vehicle, and also a month following delivery (where we assist in booking their initial service) and then every twelve months or following each service. This constant follow up ensures that the driver remains happy with the vehicle well after the initial delivery. It also assists the driver with the booking of both in-house and on-site servicing.
Product Information & Updates
Your dedicated Account Manager will ensure that product information and updates such us current vehicle brochures, colour charts, and any pending price increases from the manufacturers are communicated and made available to you immediately. This information is automatically forwarded to you via email or courier as soon as the information is available.
