Mitsubishi Motors Australia recognise the important role that Sales Managers and Sales Consultants have on Dealer profitability and Customer Satisfaction. Introducing, the 2017 National Skills Program.

This program offers significant rewards, including a study to tour to Japan, to the National Winner and Runner up in three categories, Technician, Service Advisor and Sales.

These categories focus on the importance of having excellent product knowledge, technical expertise and effective processes with the overall objective to increase Sales Volume, Gross Profit and improve Customer Satisfaction.

We would like to congratulate our National Skills Finalist for NSW/ACT, Tynan Mitsubishi’s Allan Arroyo.

STAGE 1

645 consultants entered and underwent 3 product quizzes:

  1. Quiz 1 – Pajero Sport & Triton
  2. Quiz 2 – ASX & Outlander
  3. Quiz 3 – General Product Knowledge

The final top 45 ranked in SSI order will determine our Regional Finalists.

STAGE 2

Regional Finals will require participants to have the following skills assessed in competition mode.

  • Written (timed) Product Knowledge Exam
  • Roleplay – Product Presentation (Buyer Motive)

Each successful finalist will receive a Polo shirt plus $250 voucher.

STAGE 3

The top 5 participants will be invited to Adelaide to participate in the National Skills Final scheduled for the 19th and 20th of October.

Participants will have the following skills assessed in competition mode:

  • Written Product Exam
  • Assessment – Practical Product Presentation
  • Assessment – Roleplay Vehicle Deliver & Handover
  • Assessment – Practical SDA
  • Assessment – Practical 4WD Systems

 

The top scoring participant will take home the prestigious  title of “2017 National Skills Winner”. Receiving a trophy, National Finalist Shirt and $500 voucher. Travel, accommodation and meal costs associated with attending the National Final will be complimentary.
